I’m Beth

Capturing special moments is something that’s always been second nature to me. Preserving a memory and being able to go right back to that place is something I consider to be a great privilege. 

Whether it’s scrolling through the evidence of last night’s antics, sending a throwback to the besties group chat, or reminiscing on old diary entries. Photos, videos, and words have a way of helping us relive the good times and feel connected to the people and places that mean the most.

That’s why I created Plus One. I want to be the person on the ground so you don’t have to be. Getting those snippets so you can enjoy special moments and celebrations. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, launch night, or anything in between - there’s no occasion too big or too small. 

I want to capture the event in every medium, to show you the bits you didn’t notice. The funny, unexpected things that nobody planned, the little glances and inside jokes between lifelong friends, the energy, the fleeting feelings, the quiet moments away from the crowds. 

Think of it like a time capsule ready to take you right back.

I’ve got a first class Masters degree and over ten years’ experience working in marketing and comms, I’ve learnt from the ground up cutting my teeth creating content and copy for everything and anything - from launching the region’s first vegan sausage roll(lol), creating campaigns for gold medal olympians, planning large-scale events, and  welcoming Fat Boy Slim back to where it all began at the new Adelphi Club. 

With a little bit of serious stuff in between, I know what it takes to bring a day together, I’m used to being amongst the action and I know when and where to capture the moments that matter. It comes instinctually. 

I love the way pictures and words work together. How they make you feel. I like authenticity, positivity and creativity. 

I’m used to working alongside other creatives, I’m fast-paced, have high standards, and I aim to please.
